Through the online support model your team will work together to complete each online module that contains up to date and relevant strategy and teachings specifically for Business Process Improvement. The online training can be access from any mobile or desktop device and includes 11 training courses with step by step instructions for each process step to review within your organization.

Live private support

Starting with the welcome process you and your team will work directly with a Strategic Advisor to establish the project goals, risks and watch items. During the first 90 days of the program you will meet bi-weekly with your Advisor as you complete the modules in the program, to work through the project plan and new business process.

1-Year of Monthly Process Improvement Strategy Virtual Workshop

A solid strategy for enhancing business processes needs to have a foundational plan along with being flexible enough to adjust to changes in the industry and market. Every month join our Strategy Team and other program participants in a 60 minute workshop to teach the latest methods in BPM, Project Management, Strategy and more. Have questions about your specific process improvement project? Q&A will also be covered during this call. The workshop is held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 8 AM PST.

How the Program Works

Months 1 & 2

Week 1 - Private Onboarding Call

Meet with a VOS Strategic Advisor to discuss project scope, goals and to create a process improvement action plan to serve as the guide throughout the program.

Week 2-3 Know Your Customer 2.0 Foundation

Through the online programs you and your team will build the foundation of the business process improvement by completing the Know Your Customer 2.0 exercises.

Week 4 Private Strategy session (Process Gap Analysis preparation)

In this one on one session with your team our Strategic Advisor will review your program work and prepare you for the process gap analysis.

Week 5-6 Process Gap Analysis

The process gap analysis is a core element to any business process improvement work. Through module 3 in the online program your team will be guided step by step on how to identify the root cause of existing process gaps.

Week 7 Private Strategy Session (Next Steps Project Plan)

In this one on one session with your team our Strategic Advisor the focus is to create a next steps project plan that will include risk assessments and benefits of the process changes identified.

Months 3 - 12

Week 10 Private Strategy Session (Project Launch Plan)

Ready. Set. Launch. With the process gap analysis and project plan completed in this session with your team our Strategic Advisor will guide you though launching the process improvement project within your organization.

Monthly Process Improvement Strategy Virtual Workshop

Join other program participants in this monthly strategy workshop that teaches the latest methods in BPM, Project Management, Strategy and more. Have questions about your specific process improvement project? Q&A will also be covered during this call. Access to the monthly workshop will be made available for you when you enroll into the program and you can attend the workshop starting during your first month if you prefer. The monthly Process Improvement Strategy Virtual Workshop on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 8 AM PST
